This gorgeous 2700 square foot, 4 bedroom custom home was built by Ron Smith Homes in 2010. The home was designed with the customer, Ron Smith Homes and the architect.
Red oak hardwoods are on the entire first floor and upstairs hallway with a beautiful red oak staircase and matching rail with colonial spindles. Granite countertops adorn the custom cabinetry in the kitchen and baths. The bathrooms all have 12x12 floor tile.
There is crown molding on the entire first floor and chair rail in the dining room. A gas burning fireplace with vaulted ceilings in the great room and recessed lighting in the great room and kitchen. Beautiful trex decking on the front porch and stamped concrete walkway and rear patio for entertaining.

This 4 bedroom home was designed and built by Ron Smith Homes on a 1 1/2 acre home site in the Saunderstown section of North Kingstown. It has 2600square feet of living space with 9 foot ceilings, hardwood flooring on the first floor, crown molding in the living room and chair rail in the dining room.
There are maple cabinets and Staron solid surface countertops in the kitchen. The master suite has a bathroom with a separate shower and large soaking tub, two walk-in closets and vaulted ceilings. The other three bedrooms are quite large and all have walk-in closets.

This kitchen was fully dismantled and reconstructed. The old dark particleboard cabinets with an overhang over the peninsula, made the home look dark and did not let any natural light into the kitchen or dining area. The new redesigned kitchen, removed the overhang and installed a new large pantry. The maple cabinets are now full height that go all the way to the ceiling without a fake sofit. The oven and stove were moved for better flow and a beautiful granite counter top was installed with an undermount 70/30 sink and MOEN all in one faucet/sprayer. The floor has a new neutral 12x12 tile that compliments the kitchen and the backsplash is all off set 3x3 stonework tiles with a tight grout spacing so as to focus on the tile and not the grout. All new installed stainless steel appliances nicely compliment the finished kitchen.
This Kitchen was finished on time and on budget as promised.

We designed and built this beautiful 1900 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home with a custom, island kitchen, wood burning fireplace, 9 foot first floor ceilings, a two story open rail entry foyer, gorgeous hardwood, a two car attached garage in the rear of the home and a full walk-out basement.
This home was completed in 2006. Design with the customer took 6 weeks and build time was 16 weeks.
